Dear Valued Customer,

If you have registered your domain with the registrar www.Gandi.net, you will need to manually change the DNS information on Gandi.net, so that your domain name points to your JSM-Hosting account.

1. Go to https://www.gandi.net/admin/domain/dns?l=en or, alternatively:
   1. Got to www.gandi.net
   2. In the left (gray) column, click on <ADMINISTRATION>
   3. On the top right gray cell, click on <Leave Gandi redirections>
2. Enter your Gandi identifier (typically XXnnn-GANDI) and password;
3. At the bottom of the page, select your domain name and click on <Leave Gandi DNS hosting>
4. At the bottom of next the page, you must provide your registrar with our DNS servers' data:
   1. Gandi ID of your webhosting company: use your own Gandi identifier
   2. New Primary nameserver: "NS1.JSM-Hosting.COM" - IP: "66.225.217.10"
   3. New Secondary nameserver: "NS2.JSM-Hosting.COM" - IP: "69.61.9.75"
   4. Click on <Leave Gandi DNS hosting>
5. If successful, you should get a message like "webhosting company already registered with Gandi".

This new DNS information will have to cascade throughout the web. Therefore your domain name will only point to JSM-Hosting (and really be "active") one or two days later.
